Cancellation Policy

We know that things right now are a little hectic and life can get in the way. We totally understand if your schedule changes, all we ask is a 

full 24 hour cancellation notice before the scheduled appointment, via phone call, so that we have the opportunity to accommodate other guests.

If you are sick in any capacity we please ask that you STAY HOME. We will be happy to reschedule appointments within the 24 hour window if this is the case. 

We want to be able to keep everyone safe and will be unable to welcome you into the studio if you look unwell. 

Please note that while the booking system does confirm and remind you of your appointment, it is the ultimate responsibility of the client to keep track of their appointment.

Not receiving a reminder email is not a valid reason for missing an appointment. 

Please call the studio if last minute issues arise. Thank you!
